Championship Play Off Final
Five years ago,the fat man got us up,rather fortuitously as I remember.

Who will be successful today? The bald Dutchman who doesn't seem to rate Reece Oxford,or the bespectacled German, friend of Klopp.
In one sense,I'd like Huddersfield, but from an away day point of view,I'd prefer Reading. A nice six points next season against a club I loath.

I am sure Clement will organise them well but its mainly down to them keeping Sigurdssen and Llorente.
Imagine he will use his Chelsea connections and borrow some of their hundreds of spare players as well.

Trundle

Not sure I agree there mate - Swansea we're in a sorry state because Bradley had no clue what he was doing with them. Clement has sorted them out - I expect them to be keeping their heads above water this season, flirting with the bottom three and not rooted in it for most of the campaign

"Very impressed with Schindler"

Does this mean you'd like to see Schindler on our LIST of transfer targets, CS?

Tbf I'd probably watch that than the borefests that they seem to think they have to televise every fucking year soldo ie anyone against man Utd who just send everyone to sleep nowadays.

Nice that it isn't the same teams every year.

"there isn't the equivalent of a Sunderland type side who scraped clear this time around but look destined to go down"

I can see the people's champion of 2014–15 (Swansea) struggles continue on into next season.

Fair play to Huddersfield, and I always like to see a team come up that hasn't been there for a long time.

Thing is for next season, there isn't the equivalent of a Sunderland type side who scraped clear this time around but look destined to go down. I think the three promoted teams will struggle, Newcastle may be ok if they spend wisely but they still have a worse team now than the one that got relegated and their focal point up front is Gayle who was a bit part player for palace

Re: Championship Play Off Final
Unfortunately your stat is shit rossal, as they scored at sheff wed to take it to penalties.

They're going straight down though.

Re: Championship Play Off Final
They will need to find a striker or two to have any hope. Both teams could have played for a week and still wouldn't have scored.

Still the bottom half of the Premier League is full of utter dross, so they always have a chance.

Re: Championship Play Off Final
Worst play off final in years

Huddersfield winning the playoffs without scoring a goal.....some feat that

Cant see them getting over 25 points based on yesterday

Once the loans return they look very average even for a championship side

Everyone knows Reading fans really support Chelsea but Mummy won't let them go to Stamford Bridge.

Big job for Huddersfield. The keeper , Mooy & Brown belong to Liverpool, Man City & Chelsea so will have to see if they can buy them or borrow them again.
Finishing 4th bottom is possible for anyone but they will be favourites to go straight down again.

Re: Championship Play Off Final
Fairytale stuff indeed. For a club that were good league one standard until getting promoted in 2012 and then spent 4 years struggling in the lower reaches of the championship, that's quite some feat they've pulled off this season. Good on them and good luck next year, better them than obnoxious Reading with their plastic fans and their inflatable toys.

Been to Huddersfield a few times, but always been driving, so pubs have been out of bounds.

According to a mate of mine, Huddersfield in the 70s was a great place to live.

Can WHO give me a lift in the Tardid?

Rather have an away day in Huddersfield. Over a retail park in Berkshire.!

(And I thought I would never say a sentence like that.)
